Aloo Pyaz paratha is a very delightful bread made from wheat flour and stuffed with potatoes and onions.

Preparing aloo pyaz paratha involves four steps:
1. Preparing the dough.
2 .Preparing the stuffing.
3. Creating a flat bread
4. Roasting the bread on a griddle.
INGREDIENTS
1. Wheat flour 3 cups
2. Potatoes 5-6 medium
3. Onions 2 no.
4. Green chilly 1 no
5. Ginger 1 small piece grated
6. Red Chilly Powder 1/2 Tsp
7. Salt 1 Tsp / as per taste
8. Ghee as required
Method:
1. Add 1/2 Tsp salt and 1 Tsp ghee to wheat flour and mix well.
2. Knead the flour by adding water slowly to create a soft dough.
3. Mash potatoes to make a smooth stuffing.
4. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, grated ginger, 1/2 Tsp red chilly powder as 1/2 Tsp salt to mashed potatoes.
5. Mix well.
6. Take a ball sized dough and flatten it.
7. Place 2 Tsp stuffing on the flattened dough and cover the stuffing with the dough.
8. Flatten the stuffed dough into a round shaped bread.

9. Roast the bread / paratha on a griddle and apply ghee on both sides.
