Kashmiri style Fried Chicken Curry is a type of chicken curry in which the chicken pieces are dipped into spicy curry and the chicken is so deeply cooked that the outer crust of the chicken piece feels crisp but the inner flesh is so soft and luscious.

Recipe:
Fried chicken curry preparation involves two steps:
1. Frying the chicken pieces.
2. Cooking the fried chicken pieces in spicy curry.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Chicken (whole) 1kg
2. Onions 2no
3 Tomatoes 3 no
4. fennel seeds powder 1tsp
5. red chilly powder 1 tsp
6. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
7. salt as per taste
8. cumin seeds 1 tbsp
9. cinnamon sticks 3-4 no
10 green cardamon 3 no
11 dry ginger 1 piece small
12 black pepper 4-5 seeds
STEPS
1. Grind cumin seeds 1 tbsp, cinnamon sticks 3-4 no,green cardamon 3 no, dry ginger 1 piece small and black pepper 4-5 seeds to prepare garam masala.
2. Take 5 tbsp oil in a pan and add chicken pieces to it.
3. Fry the chicken pieces till it gets a brown crust
4. take chicken pieces out of the pan.
5 Add onion paste to the pan and cook for 5 min.
6. Add tomato puree, turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,fennel seeds powder 1/2 tsp, salt and garam masala.
7.Cover with a lid and cook for 5 min.
8. take off the lid and add water.
9 Add Chicken pieces, cover with a lid for 5 min
After 5 min the Fried Chicken Curry is ready to serve
