EGG CURRY RESTAURANT STYLE

Egg curry is a very yummy recipe prepared by shallow frying whole hard boiled eggs and cooking them with spicy curry.

RECIPE:

The dish is prepared in 3 steps:
1. Boiling the eggs.
2. Frying the eggs.
3. Cooking the eggs with spicy curry.

INGREDIENTS:

1. Eggs                                    10 No.
2. Onions                                  4 No.
3. Tomatoes                              4 No.
4. Oil                                        4 Tbsp.
5. Cumin seeds                        1/4 Tsp.
6. Ginger grated                       1 small piece 
7. Turmeric Powder                1/2 Tsp.
8. Red chilly powder                2 Tsp.
9. Coriander seeds powder      1/2 Tsp.
10. Garam masala powder       1/2 Tsp.

STEPS:

1. Add eggs to normal water and boil for 10 mins.
2. Peal off the hard skin of eggs and shallow fry in a pan with 4 Tbsp oil.
3. Take out semi fried eggs.
4. Finely chop tomatoes and onions.
5. Add cumin seeds and grated ginger to the oil left in the pan.
6. Add finely chopped onions and fry till they become translucent.
7. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and coriander seeds powder.
8. Mix well and add tomatoes to it.
9. Cover with the lid for 5 mins.
10. After 5 mins. give a smooth mash to the mixture with the ladle.
11. Add garam masala powder and water to the mixture.
12. Add eggs to the curry and cook for 5 mins.
