Tomato soup made from fresh tomatoes is loaded with vitamin C, which is a good immunity booster. it is a very healthy starter and easy recipe.

RECIPE:
Tomato soup preparation requires 2 steps:
1. preparing the bread crumbs.
2. preparing the soup.
INGREDIENTS:
1. Tomatoes 5-6 No.
2. Ghee / butter 5 Tsp.
3. Salt 1/2 Tsp.
4. Sugar 1/2 Tsp.
5. Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp.
6. Rock Salt 1/2 Tsp.
7. Cabbage 2 Tsp finely chopped
8. Green Coriander 1 Tsp finely chopped
9. Bread Slices 2-3 No.
STEPS:
1. Pressure cook tomatoes up to 2 whistles.
2. Blend the cooked tomatoes in to puree.
3. Heat 2 Tsp. ghee / butter in a pan, add tomato puree to it and let it boil.
4. Add salt, sugar and black pepper to it and let it boil for 5-7 mins.
5. Add some water to set the required consistency.
6. Take another pan and add 3 Tsp. ghee / butter to it.
7. Cut the bread slices in small square shapes and shallow fry them.
8. Take a serving bowl and add cabbage and coriander to it.
9. Pour hot tomato soup over it and put some prepared bread crumbs over it.
10. Garnish with fresh cream.
Tomato soup is ready to taste.
