STUFFED TANDOORI PANEER KULCHA made at home from Wheat flour

Ingredients:

1. Wheat flour                              2 cups
2. salt                                            1/2 tsp
3. sugar                                         1/4 tsp
4. curd                                           3 tbsp
5. baking powder                           1/8th tsp
6. baking soda                                1/16th tsp
7  oil                                              1 tsp
8. cottage cheese grated                1 cup
7.boiled potato grated                    1 cup
8. onion finely chopped                  1 no
9. ginger grated                              1/2 tsp
10. green chilly finely chopped      1/4th tsp
11 red chilly powder                        1/4th tsp
12 salt                                              as per taste
13. garam masala powder                1/4th tsp
14 aamchur(dry mango)powder       1/4th tsp
15 coriander leaves                           1 tbsp
16 onion seeds(kalongi)                    as required
12 ghee                                              as required

STEPS

1.Add salt, sugar, curd,baking powder and baking soda to wheat flour.
2. Mix it properly and knead it using water to prepare a soft dough.
3. let it rest for at least 1 hr
4. mix grated cheese, boiled potatoes, ginger, onions,green chilly,red chilly powder, salt, garam masala powder, dry mango powder and onion seeds in a bowl to prepare the stuffing
5. Now take a small ball of dough, flatten it using a rolling pin.
6. Make a small ball of stuffing and cover the stuffing ball with the flattened dough so that the stuffing is filled in the dough ball.
7.flatten this stuffed dough ball into a round bread
8 Sprinkle some onion seeds and green coriander leaves
9. Brush some water on the back side of the bread.
10 Place this bread on the griddle with water side on griddle.(do not use a non stick griddle)
11 bake the bread for 5 min then directly bring the bread to heat up from the fire  by flipping the griddle and holding it in hands.
12 bread is ready to serve , brush it with some ghee
