DOON CHETTIN/ WALNUT CHUTNEY/AKHROT KI CHUTNEY

Doon Chettin/ Akhrot ki chutney is a very tempting food which is a part of kashmiri cuisine. The fine and crunchy walnuts in the chutney gives a very delightful taste 

INGREDIENTS:

1. walnuts                        11-12 no

2. Radish                          as required

3. Red Chilly whole         2 no

4. mint leaves                   a few

5. salt                                as per taste

6. thick curd                      2 tsp

METHOD 

(Use a mortar-pestle for preparing the chutney gives best results)

1.Grind radish first and the take it out into a bowl

2. Now crush Red chillies, walnuts and mint together

3. Add salt, ground radish and curd into it
