Dahi wali mooli ki chutney means chutney prepared by mixing curd to grated radish. This chutney is a must delicacy of kashmiri wazwan. This recipe is always included in the kashmiri feast. The crunchy taste of the chutney makes it very delightful

INGREDIENTS:

1. Radish                             20 pieces red or 2 pieces white

2. Curd                               1 cup

3. Red chilly whole(dry)    3 no

4. Salt                                 as per taste

METHOD:

1. Grind or grate radish (the chutney tastes best when ground using mortar pestle) along with red chillies.

2. Add  Salt and curd to it 

3. Mix well and add roasted cumin seeds (optional)

The chutney is ready to serve.
