INGREDIENTS: (recipe for 4 cups)
1. Green cardamon 4 no
2. cinnamon sticks 2-3 no
3. black pepper 2-3 no
4. saffron 1 pinch
5. sugar 2 tbsp
6. kehwa tea 1/4th tbsp
7 almonds crushed into small pieces 1/2 tsp for each cup or more as per taste
RECIPE:
1 Boil 5 cups of water to make 4 cups of kehwa because a lot of water evaporates due to boiling
2. Add slightly crushed cardamom, cinnamon sticks and black pepper and let it boil for 5 min. cover with a lid for better results.
3. Add sugar and tea leaves and let it boil for 1 more min
4 Add crushed almonds to the cups , strain and pour the kehwa into the cups and enjoy the kehwa
