Tomul Chot is a traditional kashmiri breakfast, which is often taken with noon chai/pink tea. The Rice flour tortillas tasted very delightful due to crispy outer crust and soft texture inside.

RECIPE:

Tomul Chot is prepared in three steps:
1. Prepare the dough
2. Prepare the tortilla
3. Roast the tortilla

INGREDIENTS:

1. Rice flour                              1/2 kg or 3 cups
2. Salt                                        1/2 tsp
3. Ghee(Clarified butter)           as required

STEPS:

1. Add salt to the rice flour and mix well 

2. Add lukewarm water slowly to prepare a dough 

3. Take a small ball of dough and flatten it to make a tortilla

4. Roast the tortilla from both sides over a griddle

5. Apply some ghee and roast again from both sides
