Samosa is a very delightful snack highly liked as a tea time snack. It is very easy to prepare and is very tasty and popular

INGREDIENTS:

FOR DOUGH
1. All Purpose Flour                   1 Cup / 100 g
2.Salt                                          1/4  Tsp
3. Carrom Seeds / Ajwain          1/4 Tsp
4. Ghee                                       2 Tbsp

FOR STUFFING

1. Boiled Potatoes                               3 No. (Medium)

2. Oil                                                  1 Tbsp

3. Paneer / Cottage Cheese Cubes     3 Tbsp

4. Cumin Seeds (Zeera)                     1/4 Tsp

5. Ginger grated                                 1/2 Tsp

6. Frozen / boiled Peas                       3 Tsp

7. Salt                                                As per taste

8. Red Chilly Powder                         1/4 Tsp

9. Dry Mango Powder                        1/4 Tsp

10. Coriander Seeds Powder               1/4 Tsp

11. Garam Masala Powder                   1/4 Tsp

12. Cashew                                            3 Tbsp

13. Dry Grapes                                      2 Tbsp 

14. Green Coriander                             3 Tsp


RECIPE:

1. Mix all purpose flour, Carrom Seeds, Salt 1/4 Tsp, Ghee together and prepare a tight dough using cold water. let the rest for 15 - 20 Mins.

2. Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in a pan. 

3. Add Cumin Seeds, grated ginger, mashed boiled potatoes, green peas, salt, red chilly powder, dry mango powder, coriander seed powder, garam masala powder, slightly crushed cashew, dry grapes and green coriander to it and let it cook for 2 Mins. and then cool the stuffing.

4. Take a small ball of dough and flatten it in to round bread.

5. Cut the bread in to 2 halves, and fold each half to make a cone.

6. Fill the cone with the stuffing and seal the edges properly using water to shape he samosa.

7. Deep fry the samosa at low flame for 5 - 6 Mins. and then fry at high  flame for 2 Mins.Take out to serve

 Samosa is ready to Serve with Chutney / Dip or with tea.
